Poeta y cineasta, en 2009 gana el Lucca Film Festival con "Cada cuatro fotogramas", y desde entonces se exhiben sus películas con regularidad en el circuito internacional, en lugares como Anthology Film Archives, la Cinemateca Brasileira o el Chicago Underground Film Festival. Trabaja en multitud de formatos, pero sobre todo en 16 mm, con una vocación teórica muy marcada y casisiempre alrededor del apropiacionismo y del cine sin cámara, siguiendo la línea del cine estructural. Su producción ha sido reseñada en diferentes artículos, entre ellos, "Cuatro maneras de definir el cine, Alberto Cabrera Bernal", o "Usos, estilos y formatos contemporáneos del audiovisual de apropiación en España". Actualmente desarrolla distintas series en 16 mm, destacando su esculturas fílmicas y los remontajes que practica a Eisenstein.
